Training Courses Terms & Conditions

Pringle PCS Training Pingle Training Courses Terms And Conditions Booking Confirmation
PCS will confirm in writing the courses date, time and venue. In the case of training courses taking place off PCS premises; a location map and directions will be provided.
PCS will provide lunch and refreshments for all full-day courses taking place at our premises.
A menu will be provided to ensure that special dietary requirements are catered for.

Payment
Once you have placed your booking with PCS, an invoice will be raised.
All courses are subject to VAT being added.
Normal practice will be that payment should be made 10 days prior to the course start date.
Electronic Payments can be made upon invoice.
Alternatively, cheques can be made payable to “PCS LTD”

Cancelling Courses
All cancellations to be made in writing. Please email training@pcs-limited.com
If you provide more than 1 months notice – there will be no charge
Less than two weeks notice - 50% course charge
Less than one week notice – 75% course charge
Less than 48 hours notice or if no notice is given and the delegate fails to attend the course – 100% course charge

Transferring
With scheduled courses, as long as one weeks notice is given there will be no charge for transferring onto another course at the same price grade. PCS will always try and accommodate the transfer without charge.

Bespoke
Any bespoke or tailored courses which have been arranged on your behalf, may incur fees of up to 50% irrespective of notice given if PCS have costs to recover, so please advise us as soon as possible if you wish to change any dates.

If PCS Cancel or Transfer?
In the highly unlikely event that this may happen, PCS will provide alternative solutions for the training to take place or for a full refund to be given.
PCS strive constantly to improve our training courses content and materials and for this reason we reserve the right to alter courses contents without prior notice.

Changing Delegate Name
PCS are very happy to substitute an existing delegate booking with an alternative delegate. There will be no charge for this service.
In the case of accredited courses, PCS require as much notice as possible to ensure that the correct registration details are provided to the awarding bodies.

Certificates & Accreditation
Copy certificates will be charged for - unless otherwise stated by the awarding body, this charge will be £5 to cover our administration fees.
In the case of accredited courses, PCS can not accept any responsibility for issues relating to awarding bodies or their qualification criteria.

Free Re-sits
At the discretion of PCS; delegates will be allowed to re-sit (within 12 months) the same scheduled IT courses completely free of charge. 

We endeavour to make our booking process and training courses as friendly and enjoyable as possible. Customer care is our utmost priority and we will always try to accommodate your wishes.
The above terms and conditions (‘the necessary rules’) are discretionary guidelines and PCS will always keep charges to an absolute minimum.
