Q: What platforms do you train on at PCS?
A: PCS now has a new Apple Training Suite, enabling our high quality of IT training courses on either PC or MAC formats.

Q: Do you provide courseware notes for courses we attend?
A: We provide all PCS training delegates with both paper and CD versions of comprehensive training notes and course exercises. And where notes are not available we ensure you receive the relevant training books to supplement the courses.

Q: How many people are in a classroom?
A: PCS class rooms can accommodate up to 8 people at one time.

Q: Do I receive a certificate after attending courses?
A: Yes, all delegates attending our courses receive the appropriate authorised training certification on completion.

Q: What facilities do you have at PCS Skywalker House?
A: We work hard to provide the best facilities for our delegates. We provide hot and cold drinks throughout the day and a wide choice of cold sandwiches for all delegates attending our courses. If you require a parking space we can arrange one for you if you let us know in advance.

Q: How much support do you give at the end of courses?
A: We provide unlimited e-mail and telephone support on the courses you attended. We want you to have the best experience at PCS but realise learning and understanding does not stop when you leave the classroom. We simply want to make sure that if you have any problems we have skilled trainers and developers on hand to answer all your questions.
