Introduction To Counselling In The Workplace
Course Introduction
The aim of this course is to give an insight into workplace counselling. It introduces the topic of counselling itself and breaks down some of the stereotypes and barriers to counselling. There is also a practical element to the course where participants are given the opportunity to practice some of the essential skills needed to support their colleagues.

Primarily aimed at team leaders, supervisors and managers. Although anyone that acts in a support capacity to colleagues will benefit from this course.
