Support Key Points

  • Number of Sites: PCS can support multiple sites and VPN remote access OWA (remote email) configuration.
  • Spare PC's: PCS will configure any spare PC's. These will remain on your site in case of workstation failure. The number of workstations available is related to the contract that you have with us.
  • Replacement Parts: Workstations will be covered for full replacement or replacement parts.
  • Setup Cost Start support: PCS will do a minimum of two days' support for the 1st month of support. This may involve working in non-working time to reduce company disruption. PCS will create and test backup & recovery processes. Security tests & configuration are also included.
  • Support Charge per Month: PCS will be available for telephone & remote support. Our standard working hours are 8.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday. PCS will respond to critical support requests within 1 hour. However in non-working hours PCS will respond within the time stated in your contract.
