Having a qualified First Aider can save lives and prevent minor injuries becoming major ones. An Appointed Person covers the criteria to ensure your responsibilities are met with regards to your first aid arrangements, including keeping a suitably stocked first aid box.
1 Day First Aid Appointed Person:-
This course is very useful to back up qualified First Aiders in the workplace.
This one day course includes priorities of first aid, initial assessments, emergency resuscitation, CPR protocols, wounds and identification of conditions. It will also cover what to include in a HSE approved First Aid kit. This course complies with the HSE requirements to provide first aid cover in the workplace

3-Day First Aid at Work:-
This course is suitable for anyone who needs to qualify as a First Aider in the workplace. This is an intensive course, which is approved by the H&S (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Delegates will cover Basic Life Support Managing an unconscious Casualty Treatment of Shock Fractures and Bleeding Legal Aspects of First Aid at Work A Certificate of Competence in First Aid at Work is issued to all candidates who successfully complete the course and pass the final assessment. This certificate is valid for 3 years.
